trip to usa/ WON trip on net

Hi. I just spent the better part of the past hour on the phone to these guys. They informed me about the holiday I had won in Florida and the Bahamas. However, their story kept changing and the price I needed to contribute kept changing. Eventually, he wanted my visa or master card details for a $998 payment for 4 people.
I refused to give me details so he sent me an email confirming the company details. I then googled the company and found this site. Thank g-d for google.

They said I entered online about 2 months ago that's why I may not remember. Sounds a great idea Cracker-Mc and I'd like to know how to go about it as their earlier scams date from almost a decade ago.

Yes, I too have been scammed by these parasites! The American accents and calling from Florida does make them seem legitimate. I've posted complaints on all the sites and contacted government departments both here and in the U.S. I just hate the fact that they've been doing it for so long, and no one seems to be able to stop them. Let's help to shut them down!!!

they did the same to me by not allowing to cancel the package and refund me 499 US dollars.. I searched their address (All Seasons Travel, 4104 W. Linebaugh Ave., Tampa, FL, 33624) on google earth/google maps, and on street view. It's written "Mangrove" on the building. I think it's an organized crime. We must put a stop to them. I gathered also technical information about them. They got number of websites just to mention a few: www.all-seasons-travel.net, www.astartravel.com, www.astar-travel.net with different contact information and they got dozens more. They are full of scam. They obviously lack ethics, and are sure criminals. Another information I came upon is on this site: http://boakes.org/florida-vacation-cancel/. Looks like they are not following the laws of Florida, which is under section 559.933 in Florida list of statutes: http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=&URL=0500-0599/0559/Sections/0559.933.html.

It's unbelievable that this company is actually registered in Florida. Search "ST35841" in license field on https://csapp.800helpfla.com/cspublicapp/businesssearch/businesssearch.aspx. We must stop these scammers!!! People are working very hard while their credit card details are leashed by their conning tactics.

File a complaint and act against their organized crime company on https://csapp.800helpfla.com/CSPublicApp/Complaints/FileComplaint.aspx

They must face justice, and refund all people that requested a cancellation to the packages and refund.

Don't leave this! Fight to get your refunds back!!! Don't let those scammers get away!

Wow! - does this mean i'm not special? Thank goodness i baulked at paying any money b4 seeing if i could get 3 friends to join me in the $937 (total) jaunt. Cynthia Kwong rang me and initiated the conversation and Robert ? (sounded Spanish) was to booking and take credit card details. Neither of them were rude even when i declined to act on the spur of the moment. I can't remember entering the competition but it seems i needed to spend 90 minutes viewing a timeshare and the rest of the time in Florida was mine - and the cruise was optional - the $299pp for the cruise was some gov. tax. Vivian sounded like she was reading from a sheet. Robert way more polished and plausible, although the story sounded a bit weird - and way too good to be true.

trip to usa/ WON trip on net

Hi just some more information for everyone. My bank told me to contact All seasons for a refund of $499. I sent numerous emails requesting for them to send me a refund and requesting them to reply back by email that they will abide by my request. I then received numerous calls from a james. He said he cannot refund me as there is not a 30 day terms in conditions, only a 10 day refund terms and conditions. I advised him that I copied on my email the 30 day terms and conditions that are on their vouchers and also that I did cancel by email within 10 days and that the vouchers does not state 10 days. He baffled on saying that he can extend travel time from 18 months to 48 months and that he is already doing me a favour that he is wavering the balance of $499. I hung up and sent another email saying I am going further with this. Then I received a phone call from him saying he has sent a refund to the credit department to be processed.
I emailed back to them for the 2nd time advising to post a cheque to me as the credit card he used is cancelled. A jerri emailed back saying they do not issue cheques and that they will refund on the credit card, I checked with my bank and the bank said it is ok to credit the old credit card. So far nothing! EVERYONE! GO TO WWW.SCAMBOOK.COM AND SHARE ON YOUR FACEBOOK. GET IT OUT THERE AND MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR THESE PEOPLE RIPPING OFF POOR INNOCENT AUSSIES... KARMA WILL GET THEM ONE DAY!

trip to usa/ WON trip on net

This happened to me on 03/03/2012. I searched on google to get All Seasons Travel contact details and I came across these comments.
I was contacted because I entered a competition. Trip for up to 4 people to Orlando. Pay for our own flights, Stay 7 days / 6 nights at Orlando, 3 days 2 nights at Fort Lauderdale, 4 days / 3 nights cruise (Optional) 3 days / 2 nights Las Vegas (Optional) accommodation at the Radisson or the Hilton, 2x2 day Universal Theme Park tickets or a 7 day rental car. Total cost $998 USD. I HAVE BEEN SCAMED !!
The Staff member who I spoke to was "Aaron Royal". He then put me through to the credit person "Robert Estos", who then put me through to Ar Jay, who was obviously wasting time while they took the money from my credit card. After seeing all these comments I know it's a SCAM...
I reported this to my bank but they had already taken out the $998 USD, they cancelled my credit card immediately and are looking into it as a fraudulent transaction. I may get this money back, but then again I may not, depending on the outcome of my banks investigations. BEWARE They are nothing but "SCUMBAGS" it's a lot of money to loose when you are a pensioner.

got a call this morning from all seasons travel offering this wonderful trip to florida as well, my husband was very excited about the trip and since i'm from the states and have 'heard it all', i was exceptionally skeptical and talked for a brief time before i hung up in disgust. when the phone rang again, i had thought we had 'shared' the sentiment that this was a scam until i heard him giving credit card numbers and jumped up to the computer and found this site, and showed my husband within the last four digits of the card being read that it was indeed a scam. my apologies for my country and their despicable ways and business ethics. i told him not to be upset that he believes there's good in the world, be happy that his better half knows there is, just not from the states with some disgusting time share tactic scam.

I just recived a call from the above company. They stated that I had filled out some form on google, with my old email address. I have not used this email for over 4 years. They told me what was included in holiday, all for $930. Yeah it sounds great. I tole them I was not willing to go a head until I spoke with my husband, " Oh thats very strange, why not?" I told them it had nothing to do with them. He asked for my husbands works number. He ask where I had used my credit card last and when I would not tell him he started to get very p***** off at me. He kept asking. I told them I did not have time for this as I was busy and had a sick child at home, " Yeah I know you have told me 5 times now" At this point I just left phone sitting on bench as I was P***** at him. They have since tired to call I have not answered. Please Please if anyone get's the call HANG UP. Ps they tried this with my husband last year. Stay safe.
