Fake Shell Company

Allconnect does not exist to serve a function in the market that they claim to. They claim that they can make your move easier by only having to deal with one company and make one phone call. Unfortunately, if you are duped into talking to them you will have to make many more phone calls to fix what Allconnect screws up. There are a lot of complaints about this company for orders that were not received or orders that are inaccurate. How could a company that makes this many mistakes stay in business? The answer is that selling a service is not their business. Allconnect is only there to get your personal information and sell it to other companies. How could adding another middleman to your transaction benefit you? It doesn't. It merely adds another chance for your order to be entered inaccurately or not at all. But Allconnect doesn't care about your order.

People complain that the salespeople are liars. And they are. They lie to you about prices so that you will want to continue your transaction and give them your personal information. They send the order to the other company and then their role is done. Every point of contact you could ever have with Allconnect, whether it is their help line or customer care email, they will always tell you to call another company to fix it. They don't care about your order after they have your information. It is amusing that Allconnect personnel monitor web complaints and act like they want to fix a customer's problem by copying and pasting a canned response. That customer will be told to call the actual company that provides an actual service if they contact Allconnect. Allconnect is only doing this to seem like they care because other potential customers whose information they do not have yet could be reading these complaints.

There are also many complaints from Allconnect employees on the web. The employees may not even be aware that they are doomed to failure from the beginning because of their unethical management who uses them as a vehicle to get people's social security numbers and then fires them when they don't meet sales figures that are impossible to reach. Another culprit in all of this are the companies that send your call to Allconnect. Those companies are not innocent in all of this because they are selling out their own customers by sending them to Allconnect. People need to put pressure on these companies to stop doing business with Allconnect. Once you realize that the downstream company that you're actually trying to do business with is going to need your personal information anyway, maybe you'll think to yourself that one company having that information is enough. And maybe I should not give it to this second company that is not performing any type of service for me -- Allconnect. Try not to fall into the Allconnect rabbit hole.

Allconnect Deceptive Advertising

They use a fraudulent E-Mail regarding an existing order to lure customers into their sales department. They SPAM assorted E-Mail lists referencing a pending order. This E-Mail is meant to instill fear of fraud, driving the reader to check into the pending order. After calling allconnect, the douchebag on the line said that they weren't committing fraud, only using "loose interpretations" of the words "Pending" and "Order."

The following E-Mail is sent from [email protected]:
