We came into Syracuse NY from Fort Lauderdale airport. They ripped my luggage. There was two handles for them to use.. instead they must have picked it up wrong and ripped my luggage!! I'm not happy!! On top of that the flight attendances were very rude and anytime we asked a question they were short and acted like we were bothering them!! It just added to a stressful trip!! They need to make this right! I will never fly with them again if its not taken care of properly. I'm going to Mexico next month and if they don't make it right I will go through another company.
