Double and Triple Charges on Debit Card
Purchased tickets three days ago online. Multiple pending charges appear on my bank account for the same ticket. Called and after 50 minutes wait I was told that a glitch in the system was causing this multiple cahrges. I was given a Fax number and I am supposed to send a copy of my bank statement showing the multiple pending charges and the customer service representative couldn't tell me how long it will be before I get refunded.
