Good Day

My name is Mrs Welhelmina Kale, my husband Mr Mpho Elijah Kale ID 5907275904085 passed away on the 31st January 2016. i lodged a claim with MIBFA on the 8th of February for a payout as my husband was contributing to the fund. Todate i still have not received a cent and when i phone i am told that they are not allowed to give out any information to me as his wife which is ridiculous to say the least. My husbands car which he had financed thru MFC is now being repossessed as i am unable to settle the outstanding debt and as such i am now left without any form of transport to get to and from work whcih now poses a threat to my job and the well being of my children and myself.

i feel very disappointed in that a provident fund is there to assist families in the time of death etc and yet i have had nothing but problems with the fund.

can someone contact me urgently on 072 2320 304 to please let me know why it is taking so long as according to your website it can take up to 12 weeks and it is now almost 6 months urgently as i have also lodged a complaint with Carte Blanche who are going to do an investigation.
