dr to my checking account

I never intended to "join" Amazon Prime. I apparently clicked on something unknowingly and got charged a debit to my checking account in the amount of $14.06. No, I don't want to join the Complaint Board. I just want a credit to my account in the amount of $14.06 immediately please, I'm 78 years old, live on Social Security & can't deal with any hassle.
