Customer Service is HORRIBLE

Needless to say I won’t be patronizing Amazon ever again. Their customer service is inexperienced and all they do is read from a script which is the same old lie they tell you and try to male you feel like you are dumb. I never had a bad experience with them until Friday. It took 4 reps for me to try and get an answer of where my money went for a transaction and why they tried to charge me 3 more times without my permission. I’m more upset that the first two representatives tried to take advantage of me and I had my bank rep on the phone with us so he can tell them the money was taken from my account. This transaction was not from a third party seller but AMAZON.

Amazon you need to train your cs reps better. If someone would have at least attempted to tell me the truth I have been a little more understanding but to lie 3 times before someone took action and to be smug and laugh (this was the second rep and I left her a review) is unprofessional and unacceptable. Not to mention this transaction was almost $200. If this is how you treat you loyal customers then I hate it for someone who has trouble with a larger amount.

You should be ashamed of yourselves Amazon! Deceitful and just horrible.

AMazon horrible custumer service, cruel disgusting treatment

I would never be the one to come out and complain about poor service, honestly this is the first time ever actually. But the way I have been treated as not only an amazon prime member/Customer but also as a human being has been something I cant just sit around and do nothing, I need to do my best to ensure NOONE has to go through what I have gone through.

On June 25th I purchase a gift card at Whole Foods in Cincinnati Ohio.. When I arrive home the card it had already been activated in Russia where they had report of multiple other cases where card numbers were stolen before people purchase so when they activate the cards, they quickly use the cards as they come live. I don’t really know but all I know is I paid in cash went to use it for a wedding gift and it was empty. Agent told me it was used in Russia by someone with name “pizza time” as their account name. (which to start amazon should not of released custumer info, strike 1 of about 100 to follow!

Moving ahead Amazon took the next two days … 8 hours 13 minutes of my time calling in speaking to five different representatives. Whom told me a specialist will reach out, had me give them info for a form to “expedite “ but who are we kidding they did that honestly 6. Times. Noone ever contacts me, finally a great gentleman takes the time to hear what happened and he works hard, “nick “ was his name, to alleviate my problem. He finds a way to return an item: a Honeywell fan I ordered 4 years ago and under the return decryption he writes “ goodwill” and the proceeded to add $ to my gift card balance, which as everyone is aware limits now what you can actually even purchase. I had a physical card now money is on account its frustrating but matters could be worse, and they quickly became such

Im not sure if by him adding the “goodwill return “ caused mayhem but quickly I get an email saying my account has been closed please fax us your original gift card receipt purchase , the card and numbers, your id and location of purchase. I had no problem sending this in, so I sent on June 27th They quickly respond saying the received the photos and fax an such just to wait 24-48 hours and it will all be good. I waited the next 14 days constantly calling getting 15 different lies of which I have kept, screen shotted, recorded the brutally rude agents whom would hang up on me, tell me that amazon is doing best they can. So finally after 20 days from the original purchase I get another nice amazon agent( finally), like amazon Nick from earlier. He tells me he is going “to bat for me” that this is outrageous and he feels my pain and then some. so I walk 3 miles to fax the documents for the fourth time ( per his request) directly to the agent I was speaking with and he ensures they would end up in the proper place.

My account finally gets restored today. I called one last time to confirm it wasn’t to good to be true but also before purchasing something all was good and account is in good standing. IM told not only via email, chat but also on the phone the order will 100 % go thru, they would watch to even expedite the process to make up for this huge headache. I go to order and poof here we go again the closed my account. I can now for the 8th time this year, not kidding eight times!! been blocked from my account, and all the while Amazon has been fully aware of the mistakes being from their end. But no one helps me no one listens no one spends the time to treat me nicely or help a struggling customer. I sit now unable to get the wedding gift for my sister I wanted to purchase four weeks ago, again down all the original money with a closed account and a large list of hoops to jump through before I get reinstated and probably closed again. I have a 46 page packet of convos, printouts from chat, emails, recorded phone calls along the way. Truly finally getting out there the disgusting treatment of some of the agents to amazon customers. For a company with so much going for it to allow this to happen, with no apologies no effort to make it up just shows this well oiled machine cares not about you and I but rather the final numbers. So again if you are a customer going through this like me respond to this I can share the recordings, the chats the just pure disrespect so you can see there are so many of us just trying to get to the right person to stop this from happening to anyone else.


I love giving praise and never cast blame or call out a company but when Custumer experience, customer care are so important then why are there hundred and thousands of people like me trying to find a way to get our voice to the Right person: the Amazon nick or other nice gentleman who helped me who actually care about us, not cure, hang up on us use sarcastic tones, constantly lie, and give what ever answer gets them off the chat or phone the fastest. Im sooo sorry if anyone has gone through such an ordeal like this and I pray we can find a way to help it never happen again, Missing family time: opportunity cost of even writing this email is absurd; I should be enjoying my nieces and nephews and life. But this one time I couldn’t let this go. I hope you are reading this amazon and look into this and do what you can to make sure it neer happens again because I know I will never be back a prime member returning my alexa my prime tv all of it and even my families on board because this is not right I cant contribute to something so cruel.

Returns

We are an Authorized Ship Outlet (ASO) for UPS and FedEx in a rural area. The nearest UPS or FedEx stores are a 3 hour round trip.
You current return instructions are causing our customers considerable issues with the QR codes returns/account numbers. As an ASO we are not able to access accounts or utilize the QR codes. The public does NOT know the difference between a STORE and an ASO and think they can come in and make it work. They cannot and we have to tell them and it is causing poor customer relations. Some people are driving up to an hour to get here and they are turned away. They are NOT happy.
Sometimes they can cancel the return and process it again in order to get a bar code label. However, your instructions are very confusing and they often miss where they can do this on your site.
Please clarify your return instructions.
We are tired of paying the price for your lack of awareness that there is not a UPS or FedExp store in every town.

ZERO product and customer support

I purchased a new 82inch series 8 model Samsung TV from Costco in December of 2017. The TV stopped working in August of 2018. When I purchased the TV I also purchased an extended warranty through Costco for an additional 6 years.
As I write this review, it has been 5 weeks that my TV has not been working. I have spent 4 to 5 hours on the phone with both Samsung and Costco. Neither of the companies has done anything to correct my issue. Samsung has mailed me two parts both of which have not corrected the issue. I have spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Samsung tech support to no avail. I have escalated this issue to management at Samsung, Costco.com and Costco Concierge Service, 5 weeks later all I have is a broken TV and empty promises.
Buyer beware of any Samsung products and anything purchased from Costco.

I just had the identical experience to Lisa. This is my first attempt to sell on Amazon, and I got the notice regarding my account being tied to some alleged bad amazon account somewhere. I have no idea what they are talking about, and they won't tell me!!! It's like being thrown in jail, and they won't specify charges, nor let you face your accusers (and oh, by the way, it's permanent!) My account was open for a few hours. .......7001357087

I had ordered some books and dvds from Amazon.com in May 2007 when I was in Turkey. In about a month I had to leave Turkey and return to India. When after three months of ordering, I did not receive the product , I cancelled the order.
I had advised amazon.com well in advance that since I had left the country from where I had ordered, the amount should not be refunded to the same country’ bank account. Below are some of the emails that I exchanged with amazon.com.

Amazon Forced Me To GO Stealth With The Help Of Auction Essistance

I have been kicked from Amazon 1 year ago with no chance of appeal. Amazon has made it where sellers are on the losing end when it comes to disputes and any issues where buyers can take advantage.


Countless emails and phone calls were made to Amazon to demand on why I had no appeal. I had all evidence that many of the buyers were fraudulent and ripped me off by sending me a different product back in order to prove to Amazon their end was fulfilled.

With no success on an appeal, this was the last of it. I had no way of making money since Amazon consisted over 50% of total income.

They left me no choice, but I had to go rogue and sell again. Whether Amazon likes it or not, they created this route for their unjust ways of handling fraud towards sellers.

Going stealth from what is listed at Auction Essistance consists of opening another account; however, I have a business and have employees to operate these accounts whether Amazon likes it or not.

Banned Me And Charged Me Up The Wazoo

Amazon literally banned me without reason. Not only that, they charged me up the wazoo for stuff I never authorized. Not only that, they told all my buyers to open up claims even though their items were shipped months back? What gives Amazon? You fraudulent company. They put down sellers and capitalize off of them.

I no longer can get back to selling anymore. I had to have Auction Essistance help me appeal and set up a new account because Amazon is a ***

Why Amazon? Why So General?

I have been an established user on Amazon for over 4 years. I had no complaints, no negative issues or any sort of complications with buyers. I make it a priority to our customers that service is above all else.

Suddenly waking up to an email saying your account is suspended is literally the worse. I know, I know. Amazon shouldn't be your main source of income and I should have a website as a second stream.

But many of us who have websites require extensive work and time in order to generate traffic even remotely close to what Amazon brings.

After pleading and begging to get reinstated, Amazon denied it and said they no longer wanted to do business.

From having searched many options, Amazon ghost was a consideration. It required some extensive work, that I don't have the resources for. I have instead, enlisted the help of Auction Essistance for Amazon work.

For those that think just because you have been with Amazon with years, don't assume your untouchable. There is countless stories out their on how similar situations have unfolded.

Misleading about Free Delivery

I just wanted to share my bad experience with the online Amazon.com and why I've decided to stop using them. When I ordered, it was showed as I've qualified to get a free deliver. However, it got the invoice it was over charged over $14.00 for shipping and handling. I contacted Amazon but I only heard I am so sorry. I am unhappy with the online amazon.com. I believed the online Amazon.com was misleading the customer and tried to make the sales with a promise to free delivery but it was end up with the overcharge to the customer for shipping and handling.

Getting back on amazon after suspension

Where does Amazon get the nerve suspending sellers with well-establish accounts.Over 3 years I been selling with them with over 60 positive feedback, and one day boom!I receive an email saying That Amazon has suspended my account, and that the decision is final.I can never sell on amazon again.So what was I suppose to do .Its amazons site and they have the right to kick anybody off when ever they like.But I have a family to feed, so am I suppose to let them starve if amazon has been the main source of my money.I would never let that happen.

It took a couple of months before I figured out how to get back on and selling at full speed again covering every angle that amazon looks for.And i been running 3 amazon accounts from the same computer for over 2 years.Never suspended again!This was for the before the books you find on this subject ever came out.A couple of the authors who've put out them get back on Amazon books received most this information from me through private chats with in forums, tho I wont take all the credit.But most stealth accounts coming from them guides, never last more than 3-6 months.Its because the authors fail to tell you key points to making your accounts last, passing amazon seller reveiws.

After you get suspended Amazon's data base logs all of your information that you have ever used with them during your account.IP address, email account, billing address, phone number, and cookies.Now you might say that I can find a way around all of that and Amazon will not be able to Link me.OH Really!So what can you do about your Hardware's mac address they can read.Meaning you cant ever use the same computer again with them, or the Browser fingerprinting they do.

Getting back on amazon after suspension

How about instead of fighting to be where you are not wanted, you build and pay for your own website to sell your shit on? It is THEIR site and THEY can choose to no longer do business with you.

And stop using this site to SPAM your business. It is tacky.
