I ordered a NP-F-330 Battery for my handy cam, on Oct 9th and Amazon wanted me to take prime to the point they just assumed I wanted it and signed me up, I quickly shut that notion down, I believe they got mad and decided not to send me my order and say it was damaged in transit to my home. the battery was returned to Amazon in Tennessee on Oct 12th and Here is is Oct 19th and I still haven't got my refund put back in my bank acct. I wonder how often this happens to other people. I was going to take the refund and re- Order a new replacement battery, But without a refund and no money in my pocket, I will have to wait until next month Nov 03 to re order my Battery.
