Charges for Amazon Prime

I am being charged monthly for Amazon Prime and I am requesting that this charged be discontinued. I don't remember
requesting Amazon Prime and I want this monthly charged stopped.

I never intended to "join" Amazon Prime. I must have entered something I was unaware would result in this charge. Please credit my account immediately in the amount Of $14.06. Thank you for your help with this issue. Judy Donohue
