odor while watching movie

On Sunday, May 15, 2016, My wife and I went to see the movie "Criminal". As the movie was playing, an odor from the restroom came into the movie room. My wife smell it and asked me if I smelled it. I told her yes. There is a closer movie theater near us but we chose the theater because we like going to that theater. After the movie was over, I went into the men restroom which was next to our movie room. There was no urinal stall just the toilets. One was operating and the other one would not flush. No sign saying "out of order". I told the assistant manager. He listened but showed no concern about the matter. While I was standing there, Yes, he called his crew to check the restroom but did not offer me anything for the inconvenience. No liking his responds, chose to write to you.
So you can understand what I felt. I work midnight, 7 days a week. I don't get off work much. Here is a day to enjoy my wife and watch a good movie only to encounter a foul smell in the theater. This was not what I had in mind.
I am surprise the manager do not check the restrooms. I have went to restaurants, stores, gas stations and office buildings. I understand everyone don't check the restrooms on the hour; however, we went to the 4:10pm show. It's slow, the management could not do a walk through.

Gift Card Refund

My grandson, Age 10, received a $25 gift card for his birthday in July. He lives 95 miles from the closest AMC. He has called the number on the back of the gift card at least 5 times requesting a refund. He was told he would receive a refund within 3-5 weeks. Well that was over 3 months ago. Each time he has called to check on the status he is told that they have referred the matter to corporate and that he should be hearing from them. Yeah RIGHT! We have provided the help line with not only our telephone and address but our email as well; and still no response. How can he receive a refund or at least reinstate his gift card so that I can drive him the 95 miles to see a movie.

Instead, you should yell at the person who was smart enough to give your son that gift card.
