Multiple property owner

We have 4 properties and 3 cara. American Family said if you go with us we can give you a discount on homeowners and car ins. We went with them then after we signed up they told us if we didn't get a new roof which was only 15 yrs old they would drop us. We put the roof on and told us after no break in insurance because the house was built in 1949 not 1950. Then they told us to get another roof on the other place. Then they told us our garage needed a new roof at 7 years old. Now their dropping the other house with no explanation. We have had one claim with them only on another home. The agent is never available and doesn't call back,terrible

Worst service of any company

American Family Insurance: This company is the worst Insurance company ever. I have been a licensed Insurance agent for the past 18 years and have over 4,000 clients, I know what I'm talking about. A customer of this company backed into me at a Walmart parking lot three weeks ago. After the Walmart video and TWO witnesses they still continue to stall and stall and stall when it comes to paying for my car to be repaired. When ever I call the claims manager she is never there but her voicemail refers me to another extention and of course there is no answer at that extension either. Then I receive an email from their "Consumer affairs department" telling me they are doing everything they can and their goal is 100% satisfaction of which I laugh. This company can not be trusted. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry.

What is covered under insurance with AmFam

Policy Type Name: Homeowners Gold Star Special Deluxe
Question: What is covered under this policy that is not covered under any other Homeowners Insurance Policy with American Family?

The company does not have any information on this specific policy. except for a brochure titled Farm and Ranch...We live in the
county of St, Louis, in a subdivision without a farm or a ranch.

Our agent has not changed since late 1990's and we believe he dropped the ball in by providing us this coverage without informing us the coverage did not include a diamond ring (appraiser sent the info directly to the agent via fax). Unbeknownst to us, he did not include this in the coverage...we only found out after we made a claim for the theft.

To make matters worse, the homeowners policy while I was married the 1st time included the diamond ring I purchased through the same agent. After the divorce, the policy was updated by changing it to renters ins then updated again when I purchased the home (Mar 2000).

Any thoughts on what can be done aside from firing the agent....
