Have not received my refund
I booked a room through what I thought was their website. When I got to the motel she said she couldn't honor that reservation because I didn't book through priceline as that's the only bookind site they use. I was sooo mad!!! She said I could call CCI and get a refund. Called them and after about half an hour and talking with several different people I was told my refund request had been approved and would they would refund my credit card in 7-10 business days. It's been three weeks and several more phone calls and still have not received my refund.
I was just reading ALL of the complaints about this company. They have scammed so many people! How they are still in business is beyond my comprehension! I'm sooo steaming mad!! Kind of looks like I'm not ever going to get my refund.
They need to be turned in to the Better Business Bureau!
