charges without concern

i want to know why are you charging me 14.95 a month for something that i have not authorize. You be charging me for a year already and i want my money refunded. Please respond before i take legal action. my email is [email protected] thank you.

charges being made without my authorization

I have charged $14.95 dollars a month for over a year on my credit card. I cannot afford to pay for something that I did not agree to,
something has to be done . I also think that all money that i have paid to your company refunded.
