Customer Service and Management Lies

FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:

Hey there are millions more single women in Canada and the United States-why not try plenty of fish or OK Cupid-they are free and not expensive. I have met people there myself after getting tired with the cost and waste with Anastasia date. One statistic alone says there were at least 16 million single women in the United States alone who belonged to a particular group. There must be at least one whom you can at least find in those millions whom you can deem interesting at least. Stay at home friend-You will be much safer there

Fraud Exposed: Employees Pretending To Be Customers

It is proveable fact that employees can pretend to be customers and are posting like they are customers their so-called "testimonials." on certain sites.

On the http://www.complaintsboard.com there was a post made about anastasiadate.com being a fraud that was posted on 2011-06-29 by Dutch1952 and titled: "Fraud." Afterwards one of the commentators against the post who went by the named Swordfish90293 commented. It says in further analysis about who he was that he was from Asturias, California, United States when one does some digging a bit into his profile on the complaintsboard.com

He sounded like a customer when he said these words:

"I've had only positive experiences with this portal. They can get a bit unweildy what with over (20, 000) girls to keep track of. But give me that problem every day, mate!"

Now doesn't that sound to you like a customer? However this shall be greatly disproven and that he is in fact an employee of the company!

In my research I stumbled upon something very interesting that proves what I am saying to be correct: On the ripoff report.com there was a posting made about anastasiadate.com also known as anastasia international. It was reported with the title and particular date being

Submitted: Sunday, June 03, 2007

"Anastasia International The company charges for sending reading each email and strikes out email phone numbers within the said email. ripoff Bangor Maine"

(This report and its title can be found if one goes to the ripoff report and types in the word anastasia in its search feature there)

Under this report and its title against anastasia one of the commentators to rebut the statements made against anastasia did so as an employee of anastasiadate.com (also known as anastasia international) and can you guess what nickname he went by?

Swordfish90293

In fact I will put the full title of the rebuttal he makes and the full nickname he uses on the ripoff report.com and show you how he is in fact an employee:

#3 Employee

"Anastasia's approach is ethical, transparent and legal..."

AUTHOR: Swordfish90293 - Playa Del Rey (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, April 12, 2009

Do you see that his comment is the third comment that is made about this report on the ripoff report hence the number #3 and that it is under the category of employee? There are three categories one can choose from on the ripoff report to reply back to a report or add one's updates as the author and these categories are: (1) author (2) consumer (3) employee/owner.

Swordfish90293 takes the category here on the ripoff report as an employee and lies 100% on the http://www.complaintsboard.com when he pretends to be a customer and commenting as one.

I am only going to highlight a couple of words in an abbreviated sentence that this Swordfish90293 who is an employee of anasatasiadate.com but pretends to be a customer on the http://www.complaintsboard.com ( so as to fool and deceive people as to who he really is) actually says:

"Anastasia ...we allow...between two consenting parties..."

Note the word "we" which means he is part of anastasiadate.com and thus since he is part of them then he must be working for them and thus again as stated before an employee!

This further shows that anastasiadate.com will in fact stoop to so low that it will even use its own employees to post "false" testimonials about their company. However they have yet to learn that with the truth things have a tendency to get exposed! Therefore their approach to themselves being 100% ethical, legal and transparent are also complete lies also as well!

Scam Site And Fraud System: Horrific Scam Tales

Your public crying about being beat up by Anastasia is boring. It is also impotent. The useless posts about class action suits are also stupid because the Supreme Court bars them. Your forum only allows Anastasia staff to cover themselves with fake testimony from paid angels because no one knows who is posting anything. I may have been scammed by them and I wrote to them asking them to reinstate credits they said I should have earned, and they deleted my profile to punish me for it. I gave them one chance to explain and they refused. That is enough. I am now preparing my own complaint for fraud in the Superior Court in Bangor Maine, and I would appreciate if any of you victims can send me your contacts and evidence so when I get to Ukraine and execute discovery orders I can collect evidence to stop their company completely with a fraud verdict and then petition the attorney general to arrest Anastasia and her network overseas. This will not be quick. My suits take years. [email protected]

Scam Site And Fraud System: Horrific Scam Tales

How does Anastasia make money from you going to Ukraine? If you book your own flight and hotel Anastasia does not make a dime. I recommend to spend the money for the phone call to get the private email. If she won't play ball dump her and you lose only your pride. This will get rid of the insincere girls fast and for not much money. 40 letters could cost 800 bucks plus flowers and looking at photos means you are out $1000. That could have been 30 phone calls.

Scam and Fraud: False Ladies

the problem is in the actual women on there.
If the women on this site look too good to be true, that’s because they do! I am 35, 6′2″, not bald, not fat, and a successful doctor in Canada. I decided to give this a chance as my ex of 3 years had left me and I wanted to try something new. Boy, was I in for a shock!

After spending close to $1000 on the site, I connected with three women. I traveled to Ukraine to meet them.
The first had totally lied about her English ability. She had it put it to “advanced” on her profile. She knew not a single word in English. Without telling me, she brought an Anastasia interpreter who charged $20 per hour.
They insisted on meeting at only this one restaurant, which I did just to be nice. They then ordered the most expensive items on the menu, bringing the bill to $300. They suggested that I take them to another restaurant of their choice the next day (and to that I said no).

The next date turned out even worse. Even though she spoke good English, she brought her cousin to this restaurant of her choice. Without asking me and in Russian, they ordered 8 dishes of appetizers!!! and the most expensive wine and entres on the menu. I finally got so pissed that I got up and left. They then threatened to call the police on me and holding me hostage in the country. I threw $150 at them and got the heck out of there (total bill would have been north of 400 had I stayed).

The third date did not even show up.

Don’t waste your money and stay home. date women in your own neck of the woods. That’s my advice.
These women think of foreign men who go there as suckers. They don’t care what you look like, or what you do. They just want to take you for a hell ride and leave you feeling so empty and used.

Scam and Fraud: False Ladies

I just called them. The telephone inquiery is situated somewhere in the USA (code 207), and the actual site of the webdating bureau is in Moscow. I asked some questions. To read a letter - I have already got 60 though I am only member for less than a week - costs 10 credit, to answer it another 10. 40 credits costs about 30 Usdollars, 80 56 US dollars, so you see, it could easily become expensive. I havent replied to any dames yet, and dont have the intention to. If you want to exchange email-adresses with the ladies, you have to pay for at kind of telephone service they informed me.

I also asked why all ladies on this dating site look like from a fairy tale. The reason is that the ladies who come to the bureau in Moscow will get photographed profesiionally. As I could understand no money is involved for this service, neither from the ladies nor from the side of the bureau. I forgot to ask hov the ladies hear about anastasiadating.

When you are on the site every minute you get up to 6 chat-mails, even when it is night in Russia. It is obvious that they are collected during the day and then send out several times. . Only a few of these mails signify that the ladies are actually writing to you after having read your profile. They contain rather naive words like: "shall we hold hands tonight", I miss you (8and your name") or questions like: what is your favorite colour ? Or do you like dogs and do you own one ? "

Some are more straihgt forward - "i will marry you rigth now" and please give me the key to your heart

generally this could be honest-enough women, sho are used by a company only interested to rip the money off naive men. SO take care!

Scam Site And Fraud System: Horrific Scam Tales

You can contact the girl for a lot less than $200 for roses. You can call her on the phone through an Anastasia agency interpreter for about $30 for 5 minutes. She is allowed to exchange contact info, like email and phone. Get that first and gang up before you go into overtime! You need to warn her that you will be asking for this info. if she won't give it, there's a red flag. If you can't get through, the agency will arrange a mutual time later. Then you can chat to her for free through Skype etc.

Scam Site And Fraud System: Horrific Scam Tales

Also once you have her details, you might consider sending $100 via western union since that is a month's salary on average over there. Spending 2 months salary on roses is obscene IMHO. Let HER buy flowers there for $5 locally, and in this economy the rest will be gratefully received. If she rips you off for the $100, consider it a test. Better be ripped off for peanuts now than get married and be hosed for half your net worth later. Ask her to send you a pic of the $5 flowers! let us know how it goes.

Too difficult to choose

Been a member of this site for about 6 months, and am writing this complaint as there are just too many good looking women on there).
Went on tour to Odessa with them in July, in fact was interviewed by a TV crew from Australia, and met some journalists from the UK too. Had an absolutely wonderful time. The girls were amazing, the staff were professional and courteous and I met a bunch of great girls.
So not really a complaint, but just a warning to people that might sign up...be careful...the girls are sooo sexy, you could spend all your money there!

Too difficult to choose

I think TruthNowTold needs to take a more balanced viewpoint. Anastasia is a business and they charge top dollar for their service because they have a product which appeals to a certain population at that price point. Next, there probably are scammers on the site, but they are fairly easy to spot. I was in Moscow and emailed a few favorites and told them I would stop by for the weekend. They all were busy. OK, they are off my list. I would be careful of a gal who has a lot of videos too because at $5 to$10 a pop to view, that means you could spend $100 for viewing crappy videos, then get turned down later. better to view 1 video, and get her email so she can send all the videos to you for free. Tell her you'd rather spend all that money on airfare to see her, or shoes for your first baby with her. She will think you are romantic or serious, hopefully both. If she thinks you are cheap not to piss away $100, next.

Scam Site And Fraud System: Horrific Scam Tales

This story reveals the truth that there are scam related activities going on anastasiadate.com that makes the site totally suspicious and provable when it comes to their fraudulent activities!

"Hi guys here is my situation and I need your advice

I dealt with Anastasiadate ( I know!! a big mistake; but I did not know any better at the time). Any way I corresponded with a few girls there. I found this girl that was more compatible with me than the other girls that I was corresponding with. She was not drop dead gorgeous but she was good looking. We exchanged about forty letters and a few pictures in 4 months. She seemed honest and I did not find any discrepancies with her emails and her profile. She would always answer my questions and she sent me a couple of her photos. I knew that she was writing the letters. She never asked for any money. In fact she went on two small vacations outside the FSU during these four months. ( I was wondering how she could afford these trips).
As most of you probably know, Anastasia does not give away or even sell their girl's email or other personal contacts. The only way according to their rule to get girl's personal contact, is to send the girl a gift or flowers and include your personal contact information in a post card that accompanies the gift. That way if the girl wishes to contact you, she can do that at her own discretion. So I sent her some flowers and included my contact info. (email address and postal address). It cost me $150 for a few roses!!!
They delivered the roses and I also got the picture of the delivery and I was assured that the girl was real. A few emails later I asked the girl to sometimes email me directly. I wanted to get her email address this way. But the girl asked me why I wanted her to email me directly. She said that it was more convenient for her to correspond with me through Anastasiadate.(because of translation). I answered back that I would continue to correspond with her through the site because it was convenient for me as well but I asked her to send me an email directly also and I told her that I would tell her the reason later!! Also I started learning the Russian language and I told her that too.I sent her a few Russian poems too with my emails!! Any way she never contacted me through my personal email. We continued our correspondence through Anastasiadate. As I said she was nice and did not fit any category of a scammer that I know. I asked her how she felt about me; she said only nice things about me and told me that photos are photos and to make sure that the chemistry exists between two people, there should be a personal face to face meeting and asked me what I would think about that.( Hinting that I should visit her). I was going to visit Ukraine and it was on my mind. Since I was divorced lately, (she knew this; I told her everything) I told her that I am putting my life back together and was trying to start a business of my own very soon and then would visit her as soon as possible; probably in a couple of months This email was the last one I sent her; she got the email ( I know this because the site notifies you of this) and I was waiting for the response. Four days past and then something strange happened. I logged into the site and clicked on her profile and I got the following message: By the member’s request, this profile is no longer available. Apparently she had deleted her profile and had not given any reason for it. I had no other contact information. I emailed the site a couple of times and they would not help me at all. I also want to mention that I found her profile on another site ( A Foreign Affair- Loveme.com) which presumably is a reputable site. The information matched between the two sites although they did not have the same pictures. I mean the pictures were different but of the same girl. This AFA site profile I believe was started before the Anastasiadate and is still active. By the way I mentioned this finding earlier to her too and she said yes I was registered on another site but I have not heard from them for almost a year now. I did try to contact her a few days ago from that site too. I bought her virtual email address and also wrote her a letter. I have not heard from her yet. I has been only a few days; I don't know. On my part, I googled her information and searched the antiscam sites but did not find anything negative about her.

Right now I am confused and I need your input and advice. I also need input regarding women's character in the FSU from the Russian ladies. There are several things that come to my mind. First, there is no doubt in my mind that the Anastasia sites are full of scam. They scam men as well as the few honest girls that are seeking marriage outside their country. They make it impossible to establish contact directly and independent of them. Second, the things that come to my mind are these: if she was a scammer, why she left the site and did not continue the correspondence. Sure she would make more money. And if I had gone to Ukraine, they would have made even more money; and at that time the girl would tell me that she is not interested. The other thing that I am thinking is if she found someone else or was not interested in me, wouldn't she tell me that in a nice way. This is where I need the input from the Russian ladies. Would some body from your country be so cold blooded to leave without an explanation? Didn't I deserve an explanation after all this time and sending her flowers? I want to mention that I am extremely tactful and polite and I would never say anything bad in my letters to offend anybody. The third thing that I can think of is that the Anastasia site forced her out because she was not part of them. Because they would not make more money with her. Certainly if I had gone there, I would have married her and that would have been the end of their money making scheme. I wonder if the site gave my correct email address to her.
Since these things happened, I get less and less emails from Anastasiadate.com.

Now I am very confused and heart broken. With all these horror stories that I read about in this and other sites, I am thinking of putting off the idea of marrying an FSU woman..."
