They sent me a letter stating I won lots of money

And sent me turquoise Goodman a letter in mail stating I won 2 million dollars and for me to send $12 99 plus $3 00 dollars also they sent a check telling me to mail it back it's a disgrace they scam and do this to poor people who need money this is what this world is coming too
