To: HERTZ ITALIANA SPA ROMA IT

I did not hired a vehicle in November 2017 in Roma. I do not authorized the payment in amount 30,50 Euros on my credit card charged on 17/11/2017.
Please send my the explanation and I request to send back the amount of 30,50 Euro to my credit card.
