This company is called Always Affordable Appliances - although lately they haven't been posting their name on Craigs list, so be sure to check the address location at 16 & Livernois. This is a company that sells refurbished appliances out of their residence garage. They are very nice when you call them, and really have you believe they are honest & trustworthy. They give you a 30 day waranty with all the appliances, so we figured it was a low risk transaction. We bought a few appliances from them. One did not work right away and we called them for repairs. It took a few days of constant calling and finally someone answered the phone and we scheduled a repair appointment. They never showed up or called with an explanation of why they didn't show up. We had to show up to their place of business and schedule the repairs that they were legally obligated to do per the warranty. They scheduled a second appointment and they never showed up or called again! No apologies...no explanations! They were impossible to work with or get a hold of after they had your money! Sadly, they do not stand by their warranty.

ive been trying to call them at the number they list on craigslist for the last 3-4 days, left several messages. Not one return call!!!...im not sure whats going on, but maybe they are sooo well off that they dont need my money!!! can someone please tell me where there address is so i can just show up and buy something!!!
