Unauthorized Shipping and Billing
I received CPAP products from Apria 12/2014. They automatically shipped renewal products which they charged me for. I called to request that they stop automatic shipping in 5/2015. They continued to send me products, so I called once again to cancel automatic shipping. I followed that up with a certified letter requesting discontinuation of automatic shipping in 6/2015. Once again, they continued to automatically ship. I called again in 2/2016 and returned their shipments. They stated they never received return shipments nor request to discontinue shipments. In 5/2016 they sent automatic shipments again and billed me. I told them I would not pay because I had requested numerous times to stop automatic shipment, I had returned the product and I no longer had health insurance. The billing department admitted they had received a request to not ship the product, but since it was shipped in error, I was still responsible for payment because they could not find proof of having received return shipment.
