Never received my packages
dear Sir/Madam,
we have been waiting for one year now to receive our packages. In April 2020 we ordered gifts for our kids on amazon, which were then shipped to our New York address. They were signed for upon receipt. Then they were shipped to Cairo where customs came into play.
We spoke with a representative who kept us running around. We submitted all forms, tracking numbers and purchase receipts to the Aramex customer service. The person never got back to us. Then suddenly, we were contacted by another person saying they were taking over the cases of the first representative as apparently he did noted his job. So we went through the motions again: all bank letters, tracking numbers and receipts have been handed in. And again, nothing.
We need to be able to contact someone that can solve this issue.

Aramex Shop and Ship theft
Aramex received a parcel for me on June 26 (22 days ago). This was a valuable item and in turn after being signed for by someone called Cliff has not been seen since. My shop and ship was never updated and I have no come to the conclusion (based on what I have been told) that someone at Aramex has stolen my package in house. DHL delivered it to the London address, Cliff signed for it and DHL took a photo of it in the Aramex warehouse. It has been radio silence since then. NOTHING. They won’t answer calls, emails or social media. I have most £250 worth of item. You are LIABLE. Someone in your staff has stolen my package! Otherwise where is it?!
Since then I have had one other package added from amazon to my account with no problem. Go figure.
Sort it out: I will take legal action and continue to message.

Parcel stuck at customs (more than 2 weeks)
If I could sue one company I would sue aramex and I literally mean it!
My tracking number is 31304119475 it has been stuck in Customs for like forever! Moreover I got no response from your so called customer care just radio silence absolutely nothing!
I called in customer care for like 10 times and they kept lying that it will be cleared today, tomorrow etc.
At this situation I do not know what to do because there is nothing I can do as I've submitted all the required documents needed for custom clearance and the customer care said the same.
Now you tell me aramex what should I do?
Our business is suffering from a huge loss because if your pathetic service. As for now I'll be talking with my lawyer to take every action against you.

Parcel not received / wrong update on tracking site
I had ordered a phone from Indiatimes and the shipment reached Gurgaon on 27-Dec and was sent to delivery on 27-Dec at 4pm..I was waiting for the shipment till 6:45 and then I called up the Customer care
and they assured me the package will be delivered by 8pm at my doorstep. At 7:15pm, I noticed on the tracking site the update as the CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT...this was shocking as there was NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVERY and this was utter nonsense. The Customer care only works from 9:30am to 7pm, and there was no one to reach out for the package delivery inquiry.
ARAMEX IS A VERY VERY BAD COURIER SERVICE COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ARAMEX SERVICES, it is totally unprofessional and do not deliver on time and put wrong updates on the tracking site.
