Buyer Beware

Today after waiting several months, I received an email with the okay to start work, or add hours to a schedule for a drive that started 3/6/17, in which I completed a training (I paid for) for in Jan/Feb if not mistaken.

Let me give a little history. I signed up with Arise Virtual Solutions and an IBO (McGhee &Associates). I paid for the training and my expectations were to work, however, when I was trying to secure hours in my Arise portal it was unavailable. So, I immediately spoke with the IBO and she stated she would look into the matter. Well she comes back to say I have a Felon and ACD (the company I was to work for ) caught it. My response was that is incorrect information. This was a conversation that started 3/6/17.I was told to fill out more paperwork to look into my back ground and wait another 10 days for a response. Now please not I had received a copy of my background check that clearly stated Pass.

Unannounced to me, because I did not get the email until this morning (3/22/17) I was clear to go LIVE and was told to look in the portal and get some hours. Well, on 3/21/17 I reached out the to the IBO and let her know I really have no desire to work with such a company. Previously, I had been receiving emails (group) in regards to the previous project in which I booted out of because of the three days I spent in jury duty. These group emails contained information about hours not being available,system issues, etc. What really stunned and aggravated me even more was that hourly rate that was to be 16.00 dollars (video) was now switched to 12 dollars (phone). I thought to myself that is not what we paid for, even though I was no longer with the client. Right then I made the executive decision to reach out to the IBO and let her know I have no desire to work with such disorganization, irresponsibility, lack of care and due diligence to say the least. Her response was nothing short of elementary and ignorant and I expected nothing less, especially from what I experienced.

So far I have given money to Arise for training, executed my part of the contract and Arise and the IBO have dropped the ball a few times,as you can see. As I explained to the IBO, who by the way was furious about me writing on this board and had the audacity to let me know her feelings, if there was a problem with my background check any glitches should have been well resolved well before it was time to actual take calls. I further explained there was plenty of time for opportunity before going LIVE, I reiterated that I have a dislike for people wasting my time and money. As you may have seen my previous complaint (Refund) which again was a waste of time and money and I had to almost seek Legal counsel for my refund. To summarize it, I was told there was no refund for jury duty in which they quickly recanted, stating the representative was new and did not have the correct information. So here I am again out of money and time! I got a weak apology but mostly a scolding for notifying the public of these downfalls. Believe me they only care about their and reputation. I'm not here to degrade or tell false accuse things about this company, I only speak my truth and people need to know that. I caution the reader to really consider investigating/researching when choosing to work for Arise Virtual Solutions, as my experience has been one big disappointment, buyer beware!
