I just have a question, is ARO a fraud collection agency?
Because I would like to pay off my Ossap , and I have called the National student loan and they have gave me two different numbers to call. I called both numbers and one number said they don't have my file and the other said that ARO has it. So I called ARO and I'm very concerned because the ARO lady I spoke with is willing to except e-transfer and I have never heard of an collection agency willing to expect payment through e-transfer. she was so eager to get my money and something is telling me not to trust them.

I have told this company that my son does not live with me anymore. They are now calling my neighbours! If this isn't invasion of my privacy! I am a senior and have had open heart surgery and do not need this kind of harrassment!
