I have a balance long due on my Scotia credit card and received a call from Aro 2 months ago that I need to pay the amount in full. I explained that I cannot pay the full amount and they allowed me to do a monthly payment until the payment is paid in full. They offered me a payment settlement three weeks ago but I told them I was unable to pay that amount at the time and that I would settle for the monthly payment.
Today I got a call from Aro telling me that matters have escalated and they need my bank account number and that my claim of the payment settlement was a lie.

They are harassing me on top of being rude.

I work at the Markham location and they're very unprofessional they don't really care about the customers or as they call it the "debtors" as long as they receive a payment theyre completely happy and satisfied. Our supervisors are bitchy as hell and think theyre too good. With that being said one bitchy supervisor is kim vellinga you can find her on facebook and john gallanis. Theyre very unprofessional and RUDE
THEY SHOULD GET FIRED AS SUPERVISORS OR OVERALL THAT WOULD MAKE MY LIFE MUCH EASIER
