furniture is cracking & peeling

Bought in 2010 supposed leather sofa & love seat. 2016 both pieces are cracking & peeling had repair co come out said this is trash cannot be fixed. Waited 1week for respone from art van got nothing so after i waited over 30 min to talk to someone they said oh it cannot be repaird & im out cause i did not report in 5 days after going thru paperwork i realized i had called them last year on 9-27-16 they of course dont know anything about this thus i did not report in proper amount of time. BROKEN

ART VAN, So my girlfriend and I purchased a bed frame from art van the location is taylor, Michigan. We have picked our frame up and built it in the 24th of February 2017, it is now the 18th of march 2017. So 2 and a half weeks I've had this frame. Well this morning as I was making the bed I sat down in the right top corner of the mattress and heard wood crack and I instantly become angry because I knew what had happened. I removed the mattress and the box spring to find that my headboard was split in half about 10 inches. This bed isn't old, it was best up, and we took care of it as we do with all of our things that we work very hard to own. Now this bed frame was on clearance so art van is telling me they don't have to exchange the piece or the bed, nor do they have to return my money. Where is this fair, how is this my fault. Clearly something was wrong with the wood, I noticed that a lot of people on this page had the same problem with different beds but I digress. Art van simply only cares about the customers tha don't have an issues or complaints. Art van has a numbered amount if days to fix this issue with me, I will continue to bug and bother whoever I have to until I can sleep on a great frame the way I had intended. There was nothing wrong with the frame I owned prior to this one. Had I known art van was going to pull a garbage stunt such as this I never would have purchased this and thrown away a good one.

ISSUED A WRONG AND WEEK SOFA

BROKEN IN THREE MONTHS
I bought the sofa and love seat with extended warranty. I tried to scoot back and I heard a cracking sound, next minute the sofa is broke in the corner. I called the service/repair, the guy was terrible, from the beginning he saw the sofa he said OH its not covered. You guys broke it . I tried to explain him, what happened. he says NO this is your fault, you used "force". I said, I have to use force to lean back,(it is power reclining sofa) I am not even heavy. this is a manufacturing problem or you guys delivered a defective sofa which was already week. Then he wanted to do a courtesy repair, he wanted to take the half apart of the sofa and leave the another half part in the half way, he wants to bring the quarter part after a week or more. I said' I can't have a half a sofa in my hall way/living room and wait for more than a week . He packed up his stuff and said " pay $ 200 we will fix the broken sofa, he walked away from the house. I called the service " they said the same pay for the service. We are not responsible for what the people said when you bought the sofa. They can say anything they want. But we wont repair since it is not manufacturing problem
