I purchased a reclining chair from Artvan furniture. I'm about 200 pounds at my heaviest. The chair is 2 years old and warranty is out . I thought I renewed it but was wrong. The wood support if actually cracked underneath the chair. I only noticed because of the wood shavings on the floor next to the chair.
I bought the chair because i had a knee replacement and still having many health problems. I wish now o would've gone with Lazyboy!! Artvan made no attempt to help resolve this issue for me! I'm very disappointed with this company.
It seems to be a manufacturers defect. This couldn't possibly me something I've done! Im the only one to sit on chair . It doesn't get that much use to have a cracked support now!!
Stay away from Art Van!!
