The sagford University Financial Aid Department is Practicing Dishonesty in the Disbursement Stipend of Borrowed funds by the students. My name id Tim Bowles, Student ID# TIBOWL-1609, Graduate student with 27 credit course hours. The University has two Financial Aid Disbursements per year. I have not received a financial Aid stipend disbursement since 5/03/2016. Someone or something is interfering with the funds I borrowed from the Department of Education. The university sends me all these e-mails disclosing when the disbursements are going to be. However, I never receive any Financial Aid from the thousands of dollars I borrow from the Department of Education. I have received Zero financial Aid for my Graduate Studies. Not only is there dishonesty, but there is retaliation from when I filled out a negative Survey about one of the Instructors, and was given a Tuition Refund. I had to retake the course however. In addition, during this same time period, my $400 dollar PC was electronically destroyed. I have documentation supporting all my claims. I have Borrowed studen funds from the Department of Education and I I have not received non of the funds as required and due to me. just like the other Students. The Instructor name is Ms Andree Swanson. The man in charged with the tuition refund is Jorge Escarcega, Graduate Student Advising Manager. Please help me to receive the borrowed funds from the department of Education. Please. I am a 100% disabled Veteran.
