HOA manager instructed janitor to take photos of my home without my permission and then wrote a report full with lies.
On or about Sep 8, 2017,the janitor of the pool come to my house and took pictures without my permission.
I asked this janitor this morning who instruct him to take picture.
He refused to be honest to his customer by again illegally recording without my permission. He control the recording and he did not record the
whole incident. He told me that I were a man because I did not want to sleep with him. Then he attack me by grab by breast and push me. I know he sleep with some older women in my community. He called me a bitch and a asshole. He said he is the GOD.


Then he called me mentally ill, which came from Sharon. I have Stanford doctor and I'm very sure they can write statement that I was not mentally ill.
Sharon, your firm and the janitor will lost at least defamation lawsuit. Sharon said that janitor come to work at 7:30am. I live here over 20 years. I'm normally up and walk around at 7:30am, but I have never seen him at 7:30am. Normally I saw him after 9am but today a bit early. I guessed I sent out email to complain about his work ethic. Who allow this janitor to illegal recording and take phone to intentionally violating residents' rights. In the '90, we had great HOA manager but Sharon is the wors. Sharon lines up with some renters who have no education and no working experience to defame me, which remind me a pastor told the old main in church that it is time to go home and stop the gossip. This janitor never scrub the pool bathroom, which was newly painted.The floor was dirty and filthy and often run out of napkin or toliet paper. He told me before he was filed from one of his previous job. Who hire him. He cann't even keep rest room clean and harrass women. He said that no one believe in me. He want to ask this question to himself do I care about what bullies think about me. NO. However, we do deserve staff who are professional and respectful. Sharon and the janitor are terrible.

By the way, we are concern about the holes in the build roof. In addition, I saw roof rats running around my neighbors backyard and front yard.


I did not see hitman do much; if they do. please advise. Since my house is a town house, HOA need to maintain outside the house. I need to make sure those Rodentwon't be able to went though our roof to inside the house. I need pest control kits in my backyard and front yard.
