Arrogant monopoly company

Due date of bill was 21 August 2016 and paid on 3 August 2016 and charged RM21.20 for reconnect. This is how arrogant Astro Malaysia is

Astro Malaysia Charges RM100.65 instead of contract RM75.67 for Aug-Sept 2016

Astro Malaysia is a company that monopolize the satellite TV market in Malaysia. I think that is the reason they are so arrogant. They charge RM100.65 without notification for my contact of RM75.67 for Aug-Sept 2016. I sent 2 feedbacks to them through their website. And they answered we revert in 48 hours.
