Uverse equipment returns

Door to door salesman quotes me great price. Promises iPad app for uverse. blah blah. Install staff was very nice and cleaned up after themself. Quality of picture was terrible. Had to reboot box everytime I wanted to watch TV. No iPad app. I called and canceled after ten days. Went back to cable. Sent boxes back within two weeks. Got letters for five months. Called everytime to confirm that I didn't owe anything. Phone reps confirmed each time that I was clear and that the "system needed time to catch up". Absolute garabage because today I got a letter from a collection agency. AT&T will never get my business again because of this gaff.
