AT&T is always finding way to increase the monthly bill they are sickening I am switching after spending hours and hours on the phone or online for the pass 6 years I am sick of those company without integrity they make millions adding to people bill every months and no one is stopping them

I have been paying close to two hundred a month on a service I was only supposed to pay 69$ for there have been 11 calls made to fix this but every month they are supposed to fix it and send the money back to the payee but nothing happen all I got was another two hundred d all or bill and the three of us take turns calling every month and every month we get a new resolution but. It never comes to pass I have witness to the lies waiting on the phone on hold for a hour a friend came over and I used their phone to call and as soon as I gave them my account number I would be on hold today I talk to 5 reps over the course of 3 hours I am a mentally ill person and fell as if I have been taken advantage of this is not fair and if I don't get my money back u will here from the social security advocates for equal rights and adulet protective services and at&t will be charged with fraud I was defrauded out of close to 500$

2 doctors confirmed my lung mass is growing at now 6 cm in my right lung. I was experiencing have been feeling very sickly and when I was told of the mass progression I was worried and realized and said no wonder I'm sick and weak as a lineman for AT &T so doctor said unable to work while we diagnose my mass so SW denied for STD now I'm to go for resection lobectomy. Stress and worry is common everyday how can I smash / break a finger get approved for 10 weeks but get denied for life threatening chronic mass >6cm. And cancer carcinoma is 20% probable so surgery is to remove the upper lung . Will I be able see my appeal approved or will I be subjected to termination? While I suffer with this problem only those of you can relate whom have encountered similar events.
