4 hours on the phone and no help to access books I paid for

Audible closed my account when I asked them to cancel my subscription. Because of their mistake, I now have no access to the 29 books I paid for. I was on the phone being bounced around from Amazon to Audible for 4 hours three days ago but got no help and no resolution. I even asked for a credit because no one could seem to reopen my account to access my paid for books but got no help with this either. After 4 hours, I hung up exhausted and very frustrated. Thank you.
