I have been charged for the past 11 months and according to Audilbe they cannot trace my account with my email address. I have sent several emails and all I get is... You need to call or connect on our live chat to trace your account. I have been trying to do so since last year without any luck. In the meantime every month I am getting charge a subscription without any service.


You wonder why his one of the richest men in the world.... It's because they stealing our money...

Audible closed my account when I asked them to cancel my subscription and I was told I would be able to access the 29 books I had not read and paid for. I was on the phone with them for four hours being transferred back and forth from Amazon to Audible and had no help, my issue has not been resolved, no one could reopen my account so that I could access the books. I asked for a credit then for the books that I paid for and no one helped. I finally hung up.
