Same complaint as all above. Rude, insensitive, ignorant, customer service. Was shouted at both times I"ve called. Sent second box back unopened after being told I had to pay 97.88 for "free trial". Over a week now and still no partial refund ( they deduct for re- shelving product). Said takes 3-5 days to get $ put back on credit card...since when? So far this nightmare has cost me over $400 for a box of crap! Bank charged me over $200, plus five dollars a day till I could cover it! I too was taken in on this scam. i was sent this " FREE" skin care system. I was to return it in 10 days if i did not want it. Ten days is not enough time to try anything. I got charged $97.88 for sample products. I called the company and they were to cancel my membership to there club. I did not known I was in a club. this mouth I got charged again for a product I did not receive. When is someone going to look in to these companies fo scam companies. I called the company and have received no settlement yet. I called my credit card company, too.

I too ordered the "free trial" and notified them I wanted to cancel via email (which I have) and they still charged my bank account card for $97.88. I have contacted them by phone and was told I did not cancel within the deadline. But I have
my email to back up that I did. So as of now I am waiting to hear back from them, if no response within 2 days I am going to submit a complaint to Federal Trade Commission and BBB. On my charge it has the name REFRESH as the one withdrawing on my account. All should contact Federal Trade Commission with this problem, just go to ftc.com and select file a complaint.
