unacceptable Behaviour

Amna Pervez.
Passport Section.
Australian High commission.
Islamabad ( Pakistan).

I would like to introduce dear all Ms Amna Pervez who I understand works in the passport section of the Australian High Commission Islamabad (Pakistan.

First of all I intend to state that I have been dealing with Australian High commission in Islamabad (Pakistan) and has always found that Australian and local staff been highly professional, courteous and co operative, always willing to listen and take appropriate action. since 1984 at no stage I had a problem with either local or Australian staff and my big thanks to all.
I now would like to introduce Ms Amna Pervez who I understand is working for the passport office in Australian High commission in Pakistan. with sad heart and deepest regret I note that her behaviour is outrageous and unacceptable. I note that my sister in law who had two young daughters who were born in Australia was divorced. This poor lady was shettered after the divorce and suffered depression. her daughters passports were expired she contacted Australian high commission in Islamabad and was the most unlucky person to face Amna pervez who treated and handled her matter in a highly unprofessional and ill manners knowing that this lady I has just been divorced, has two young daughters and no where to live or go. I am devastated to note that Amna pervez put her in hell did not cared showed no sympathy towards her situation instead was communicating with her in an aggressive manners and in fact acted as a Manager who produces mental illness and told the mother that she will not renew nor issue her daughters Australian passports unless she has full custody court orders from Australia. one will ask how can she get custody orders while she is in Pakistan, daughters travel documents are expired. it is appauling. I definitely intend to mention that one of the Australian Staff member named David understood the girls situation and discussed with girls further if he is willing to sign the forms so the girls can be issued with the travel document which will allow them to travel to Australia. my big thanks to David what caring and understanding Diplomatic core member and on the other Amna pervez who was only good at showing authority and act like an ambassador while I think she is only a clerk in that section. I am devastated to note that Amna advised the mother that she will not accept if the court orders are granted by the court in Australia. I fail to understand how the mother who is residing in Pakistan, Australian born daughters travel documents are expired unable to travel how can she request for custody through Australian court. I am disgusted with the amna pervez behaviour and am calling for an independent enquiry in to her behaviour, the way she communicated , tried to show authority and pressurised the daughters mother. for hell Sake give some sympathetic consideration to her circumstances. If beautiful innocent girls would have been dead in a terrorist attack considering what is happening in Pakistan than I would held Amna pervez responsible. she is lacking communication skills. I am appealing to the Immigration minister, Minister for foreign Affairs, Australian high commission in Islamabad to intervene for the safety and well being of two young girls, investigate the behaviour of Amna pervez and if possible she should be removed from her position. I am convinced if this matter was being handled by an Australian staff than situation would have been completely different. court in Pakistan has given the mother full custody but amna pervez has in the past said she will not accept that. as far as I know Australian embassy in Pakistan has full respect for Pakistan law and the decision made by the courts in Pakistan. I can see no reason why Amna pervez will refuse to accept the Pakistan court orders. I have no doubts in my mind that senior Australian staff, relevant ministers and others are doing their best to make sure matters are handled with highest level of professionalism but clerks like amna pervez are trying to show authority and give a bad repute to the embassy. I request amna to note that Australia is a civilised country , peoples are caring and understanding and she should refrain from using local style but please adopt yourself according to the Australian system since you work for the embassy. I am sincerely hoping that Australian authorities wil intervene and take appropriate action and finally I will use my democratic right and ask those who are looking in to this that Amna should be fully investigated and not be allowed to handle this matter. I have full authority and copies of the court orders by the Pakistan court giving mother full custody which should be good enough to issue these young girls with an Australian passports since they are born in Australia. after all this am satisfied that Amna will try her best to create problems for them, therefore, she should be removed from this file and matter should be handled by the Australian staff and request for consideration to the well being and safety of the girls since the threats were delivered to the girls and their mother.
I hope authorities will give sympathetic appraisal and also will take appropriate action against Amna behaviour. I am appealing to the immigration, foreign affairs ministers and the high commissioner to please intervene. I again note that I again note that my dealings with the embassy since 1984 has revealed that all the Customers Service I have received from the Australian and the local staff has been outstanding this is the very first person who am happy to say is highly unprofessional, incompetentent and love to show authority and communicate in an aggressive manner
