I have put through a claim for provident fund in August the claim administor that was assisting me was Doreen Kinder ,this is my 3rd claim I have put through and this is the first time I have to wait so long I would like to know why I haven't received any funds as yet

I have put through all my documents for my provident claim in August the consultant that was assisting me we as Doreen kinder , everytime I call in they make me wait my airtime gets finished no one assists me I have not received my funds as yet 3months has passed now I have not received my funds this is unacceptable ,there are some people that don't have jobs and have to fend for they families the service I received from mibco is very disappointing and frustrating I have put other claims through and this is the first time I have experienced such service.

I require feedback as to why I have not received my funds please
