I ordered something on MediaCrawler and was charged $1.99. I was then told it was a "trial" until Feb 7, 2012. I cancelled it by that date through the link provide. However, before the trial date, $69.95, was charged anyway. I sent email to [email protected] about it with the proof of the cancellation and received no reply. I forwarded the email to [email protected] and Facebook site today. I have yet to back from Avangate.

Please provide us with an order reference number so that we can check the internal logs and determine the exact time when the subscription was disabled. If the error was on our side, we will immediately issue a refund. Also, please be kind enough to tell us what link you used to cancel the automatic billing.
