terrible service takes too long

I don't want your service. It takes too long and I can't understand/communicate with your techs. I have had to call you every 2 days with the same problems and it takes you 4 hrs to correct. I also, purchased Advanced Identity Protection and it don't work. I want a complete refund of $299 to my credit card purchase on 5/9/14 and a refund of $49.95 to my bank debit card for my AIP purchased on 5/30/14. You contact me and I'll give you the info you need to return my money. I complained about this to an online tech and you call me back on my home phone and don't leave your name or a call back number. I know it's you because of the Indian accent.
