service complain
I have an appointmentat Avida institute here in downtown Calgary Alberta. I came there this morning Dec 2,2017 at around 10 am. I booked for services for haircolor and highlights. I was booked with hollie a senior stylist at Avida Institute. I showed her of pictures of what i really wanted for my hair. She said that she can do it but not so similar with what i showed her pictures. I said that is ok but i wanted a similar tones and outcome of my hair. So she started doing my hair she said that she is going to charge me around 200 dollars for that color that i wanted I said that is ok I am willing to pay for that but atleast can you give me that look that i wanted. So she proceeded with the haircolor. THe outcome was ver disappointing. It is not what i really wanted not even close to what i wanted . I was hoping that they will fix it for me, but the stylist said i have to book another session to achieve what i wanted for my hair.My concern is that i paid you 200 dollars for you to do service and achieve what i am aking for. That is my hard earned money. I was wondering if you could help me with my problem. I don"t want refund on my money i just want them to fix my hair. I want my money's worth. So if you could help me reach out to them and fix my hair please. Thank you
