I had a car rental contract through rental cars.com. the Avis man at Montenegro airport said there were extra charges for 1 hour late return even though it wasnt late according to the contract. I argued and he became verbally abusive, said he would stop me getting my flight. He said more charges would. BE added also and he would not give me any paperwork back that said no damages etc... I then paid as I wasn't sure how many extra charges he would put. I took a photo of the booth and opening hours, he then called the police in side the security section of the airport complaining about me, fortunately the policeman took little .notice but embarrassing for me. being questioned by police. What if he had a friend there or a corrupt policeman. Very. Bad and rude and corrupt behaviour for a big company like Avis.
