I have had rented a full sized car at least 12 times in the previous twelve month period from the Anniston, Alabama location.

They have never given us a clean car. I have sent them (corporate offices) several emails complaining about this issue.

Now they are giving me the runaround!

I have had to wash it at the carwash to avoid being embarrassed. I have had to carry Windex, Paper towels, and Fabreeze just to be able to handle the filth. I have found trash, personal items, food, and other items in these cars.
