Delivery to wrong address

My parcel has been delivered to the wrong address and the driver contacted me a few days ago and I gave him the correct address then they still delivered to the wrong one. I contacted the head office a few times and they were just transferring me from one person to the next until they eventually hung up on me. This is complete negligence and my customers are waiting on their orders
