I received a fake letter today stating that I won $1,327,940.00 dollars and that all I have to do is send them $11.89 for a pendant that I have to send it to office of ANC I know this letter is a fake and they should be ashamed of themselves for trying to get money out of people with these fake letters. Now if I won that much money why not just take it out of what they say I won red flag there.....
