Non receipt of online order
On 17th Oct 2018 I ordered online AWOK.COM
And paid the full amount along with VAT and all other
Charges by credit card on same day my order
number is 5029169861
But as of now I did not hear any thing from them
While I called them their representative advise me
Please cancel your order.
You are requested please lodge a complaint against them

Mobile is not working in other country
****Beware with coming Black Friday sale in Awok, please don't buy any products which is fake only.
Fake and fraud company and on the top very poor Customer sevice.Never ever by any items from Awok. Even after paying the courier charges for item you orderm they will send you the faulty specially all electonics. When you complained, firstly they reply very late and if they reply and start telling you the policy of Awok, they think customer is fool and can't read.
I bought S-color iph7 mobile and send the phone to India for my Mom where it didn't work means no incoming and outgoing calls, basically phone is Locked which is not mentioned in their warrranty and policy. We complained since 17Oct 2017 so many times till now. Worse thing is Mr Syed Mesum Hussain who is Head of complained dept. could not answer properly, Sometimes he is said phone is not locked and again changing his wording that phone is locked and ask us to bring phone back to Dubai, Ask my mother to send the phone. As we waitied their call as there is not response from Awok. Than we call again in first week of Nov17. But we are surprise whenever we call we come to know new information from them, As so many times we left the msg for Mr Syed but not reply as per the other staff Mr Sampat and others he is very busy. Now Mr Sampat and other staff gave big surprise that the phone will work only in UAE which not returned in the warranty at all. Now on the top they keep telling me to pay for pick courier and delievery after repair of Dh40 for each, mobile cost is Dh300. I told them I will pay the pickup courier charges but they hve assure me after repair, the phone will work in India and give me more warrenty or my money back but they are not assuring me. Even when I asked Mr Syed about that nothing mentioned in their policy regarding the phone is only work in UAE. What kind of Head, if he himself don't know the awok policy and cannot deal with complained of the customer. Such a bad experience I got. I just wasted my money. Company is trying to get money from people to show tat they selling the items in cheap prices basically they selling the fake products to customers.
Beware with coming Black Friday sale in Awok, please don't buy any products which is fake only.
