Buying Refurbished from AWOK.com is like wasting your money.
Hardware not checked by them before shipping.I bought I-phone 7 plus the screen was replaced with after market brand which always hangs.and when you complain,They want me to send it back to them which will cost me than the new one after shipping cost and tax.

Amount reduces from my debit card,amount not refunding, no proper response from awok
i mohd fazil ahmad, i had ordered 25 items,on 13 dec 2017,order no 2504878303,awok cancelled my order, i had paid online 243 SR from my icici bank, india debit card,with transaction 20171213192513/0 id for 25 total item in cart.
I got mail to from Awoke s to send screenshot of my debit card, i mailed document several times,they kept my product in hold for many days.i called customer care, he said money will be refunded ,but still i didn't received money.no proper response after mailing several times.

Dear Sir/Madam,
would like to inform you i am not getting positive response from AWOK, UAE office therefore submitting my complaint to your office, i purchase online mobile from AWOK UAE office on 08.11.2017 using order # 2544561836 and received item, when i checked it was defective item not working properly, (heating up and battery going down very fast even finishing within 1 hour +-), i submitted my complaint to AWOK on 17.11.2017 ticket number 727-634-200-309, your office AWOK insisting me to send this item using courier from my own account and pay for courier charges, my question is why should i pay for a mistake made by AWO UAE office, i cannot afford extra charges of courier, i purchased and paid amount as mentioned for this item now if product is not ok it is responsibility of AWOK to arrange booking with courier and pick up this item form me and send me correct item or refund me my payment. the way your office of UAE responding will spoil relation with customers and not good.
would appreciate your prompt action.
