never ever you attempt to buy products from awok.com for the amount above 30 SAR. very cheap quality and chineese products they have been offering. and also customer service is pathetic. If any damages found or not working then we have to spend our own amount to return to them to repair it. service cost is too much. never go for refurbished products especially mobiles, laptops. they are using first copy items inside it. when you check the item you can seen it as a genuine. highly cheating.

i purchased a iphone 7plus mobile on april 2019. still yet they have not updated my delivery status as delivered. order #797-315-73A-1. when i tried to inform them they replied me that the product is delivered in 2017. how foolish their team. any common sense .when i tried to use it on the first time, the phone is started to heating suddenly . othet problems like they have replaced its screen, camera(copy item). phone charger and headset are not original and doesn't have a value not more than 10 SAR. so friends, don't recommend to your friends awok.com to buy refurbished items. if anybody in saudi and have problems with awok.com , then we have together complaint against them in legal dept. OR i need compensation.
