Parking inspector give fine on limited time

Dear sir kindly review fine ticket on my car multiple fine when I went to the machine not accepting the coin and I was waiting my friend to bring some money coin so I can print parking inspector didn't wait and he give us ticket even I requested to the wait and give me five minutes but he won't Wait and went the area by car
Kindly I have humble request resolve the issue if possible if you can
