Dear Sirs,
The WIMAX connectivity from the BSNL Kochi, was provided to me on October 16, 2014 vide WLL Number [email protected] Since the day it was connected the service was getting disrupted intermittently and am unable to work satisfactorily.
Several complaints hve been made to Ms. Rajalaxmi, who is the head of the department at BSNL Palarivattom with out any improvement in the function.
The matter was informed to the Deputy General Manager , Ms. Mythili at BSNL Bhawan, Kalaathilparambil Road, on November 13, 2014 on her Mobile Number, as she was not available in her office on my visit. Complaints were repeated lodged at 04842366666 where they refuse to provide even the complaint number and do not disclose the name of the person who is receiving my complaint.
Now , I have received the Bill for the period from October 16, 2014 to October 31, 2014 from the Accounts Officer (TR)(MOBILE & WIMAX Billing), BSNL Kerala Telecom, Trivandrum -695040, vide their Bill No.836962494 dated November 03, 2014 for an amount of Rs. 458/- (Rupees Four Hundred Fifty Eight only) without any consideration of the non availability period of communication during this period which I am being compelled pay.
When Ms. Mythili, DGM was contacted on her Mobile, and told her about the poor performance of Wimax connectivity, to my surprise she was referring me to avail the same facility from AirTel or any other company who are providing better services. Being a DGM of the BSNL, it is not understood the reasons for her advising me to get the connections from AirTel etc. I am even surprised to note that is she representing BSNL or AirTel?
It is time the citizens of this country are getting the best internet facility as promised by the present Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. And the officials in BSNL who are for the Air Tel must be terminated immediately.
This complaint is being made to the BSNL office at Thiruvananthapuram also.
With a hope to get the uninterrupted WIMAX connectivity immediately.
