My complaint is about the Bus Driver on the B82 who left my 11year old daughter stranded by Rockaway Parkway because he skipped her Select stop at 105 & Flatlands. She walked up to the front and asked to be let off at next stop, his response was move back. I only allow my daughter to take Bus to school because she can b me there in 11 mins and she still safe in this area. He dropped her at Rockaway Parkway and I personally feel it is an unsafe area , now with the kidnapping and human trafficking on the rise, a Bus Driver can and would b held responsible if anything would happen to my child because he’s too lazy to make a requested & scheduled stop.
She took the bus at 7:40 This morning. They really need to watch this line carefully. WhT they do to the elderly is so horrible, something must be done. Maybe community board leaders might listen

B82 Bus Stops

The construction of new sidewalks and street has become a huge problem for all the straphangers on this line. The B82 bus stops have been changed on either side of Utica to and from Kings Plaza. The original stops were on each corner of Utica and Flatlands and now they are at least 240 feet from the corners even though the kios for tickets are at each corner.

The bus drivers seem to get their kicks by driving off and leaving myself and many others on the street no matter how inclement the weather is or how old and weak you are the drivers are going to point in the direction of what bus stop they feel you should be standing at because there are no clear SIGNS. I have been traveling this route for the past 15 years with no problems and now its so hard to get around. I am 72 years old paying off bills before I can retire I do not need this stress

B82 MTA busses are missing early in the mornings

Hi esteemed ComplaintBoard! I'd like to make a complaint about B82 busses (300429 - buss stop code)that happen to be missing on weekdays constantly every single day during 6 am to 6:30 am... Supposedly, there should be 10 minute interval after every single bus, whereas it doesn't function during the period of time I mentioned above... It never happened before as far as I know,,, it started happening about 1 and 1/2 months ago... Please I urge you to review this complaint stat, since this can resolve many delays or lateness at schools, workplaces etc... And it is ultra important in these days because most of the passengers are schoolchildren...And they are the ones that occupy the busses without leaving any room for other passengers, whereas others also want to be at work on time, because waiting for B82 bus to come in the morning for 20 minutes when it's especially cold, it's insane... Furthermore I see that B82 busses coming from other side of Brooklyn, the one that comes from Pennsylvania Ave, happen to come very often to my surprise... Once again please review my complaint stat!!!
