Watch Not working when purchased

I purchased a digital watch from ba ba ([email protected] on the 1st August 2019. This watch would not charge up and I contacted the [email protected] who informed me on the 2nd August that the company was in China and it would cost a lot of money to return it. Stating that a refund would be sent. However, after 8 emails I have not received any refund and now no reply from this company.

I would be obliged if you could look into this for me. Obviously there must be other purchasers having this problem as I have seen on Facebook several messages where their watch is not working.

Unfortunately there was no Invoice or address to return the item to. Although I have asked several times this is never given.
