no connection of internet system

I register for internt service since 2972018 till now no connection and i follow with customer service and manger that ensure to me that service will connet at sunday 1972018 till now no connect
There is very bad system they till me only 15 day to connect now 20 day pass with no service this is what !!!! Very bad system
