BUYER PARCEL STUCK
My parcel stuck at Subang Jaya, and received by a person name Ezam, why my parcel send back to Subang jaya? Will it stuck forever there? Who to settle? Will your side send it back? What procedure is this? Should comfirm first before send back. Im as a buyer surely will get a refund but the seller don’t. They will lost the product and doesn’t get any refund. I WAS TOLD MY MY SON THAT HE RECEIVE A CALL FROM 0192445737 ASKING TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE FROM COUNTER 2DAYS AGO..I TRIED CALLING SINCE MORNING TILL NOW IT SAYS NOMBOR YANG ANDA DIAL TIDAK DAPAT DI HUBUNGI..SO ARE YOU EXPECTING TO SIT NEAR THE PHONE THE WHOLE DAY DIALLING IT?
DO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY IN THE FIRST PLACE IT WAS NOT SEND TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN?WHY IT WAS NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED FOR DELIVERY?THERE WAS NO NOTIFICATION FROM YOUR SIDE TO COLLECT IN THE LETTER BOX..THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE DESIGNATED ADDRESS TO RECEIVE THE GOODS ON MON..
